• Your pets' names, photos, species, and the care details you add.
• Documents you upload — vet visit notes, lab results, imaging, invoices.
• The medications and dose history you log so we can show you what's next.
• Your timezone and dose-time preferences.

How we use it

We use what you share to do exactly what you came here for: keep your pet's schedule, hold their records in one place, and send the reminders you asked for. Nothing more.

A note about phone numbers and SMS

If you save a phone number for SMS reminders, we use it only to send you the reminders you opted into. We do not share phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Reply STOP to any reminder to opt out at any time.

What we never do

• We do not sell your data. Not in any form, not ever.
• We do not share your phone number with third parties or affiliates.
• We do not send you marketing messages.
• We do not show your pet's records to anyone outside your account.

How it's stored

Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is scoped to your account. You can ask us to delete everything at any time and we'll do it within 30 days.

Service providers

A few trusted services help us run the app: a database and storage provider for your records, an email provider for confirmations, and Twilio for SMS reminders. These providers process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above.
